Chris Nolan has a keen understanding of the intersection of politics and technology having worked in both arenas during her career as a journalist.For more than 20 years, Nolan wrote about politics, covering elections at every level - county, city, state, federal and presidential - as a reporter assigned to state houses up and down the East Coast and then, finally, to writing about Congress and federal agencies.
