With over 15 years of experience in sustainability, I am passionate about helping businesses achieve their environmental, social, and governance goals. As the VP Group Sustainability at Höganäs AB, the world's leading metal powder producer, I lead the development and implementation of the company's sustainability strategy, policies, and initiatives. I work with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, investors, regulators, and communities, to ensure that Höganäs operates in a responsible and transparent manner, and contributes to the global sustainability agenda. I also leverage my expertise as an associated expert at Forever Sustainable, a non-profit organization that promotes sustainable practices and solutions, and as a senior advisor and founder at HC Nordeman AB, a consultancy firm that provides sustainable development services to businesses. Some of the skills that I use in my roles are analytical skills, problem solving, strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration. I am also a certified board member, with a diploma in corporate governance from Styrelseakademien, and a background in quality and operational development from Uppsala University. I am motivated by the vision of creating a more sustainable and resilient future for humanity and the planet, and I am always eager to learn and share my knowledge and insights with others.
