It was my responsibility to developed relationships with various ethnic groups in the Woods of Lakeland Apartments. These groups included: Asians, Africans, Hispanics and Caucasians, I succeeded developing a working relationship with New Hope Baptist Church Jackson, MS and the Chinese Christian Church of Greater Jackson Ridgeland, MS. These relationships Have grown over time.While with Liberty, I developed the English as a Second Language program. I organized events at the Woods of Lakeland Apartments. These events included: block party, cookouts, outdoor movie nights. I kept and maintained relationship with the management of the Woods of Lakeland Apartments. This 
insured that the activities sponsored by Liberty Baptist Church. 
I developed strategies that reached out to the residents of the Woods of Lakeland Apartments. These 
activities were geared toward children and families. The ministry saw sixteen to twenty children for the Fall and Spring activities at the church. I was, also, responsible for maintaining a budget for the Woods of Lakeland Apartments ministry actives.
