The challenge is to design and develop an integrated helpdesk and remote management system that is highly scale-able, secure, reliable and flexible. The product uses all that I have learned over time and delivers it as a nice simple package for consumers. Here are some tech highlights:* Security: Key Vault to secure all keys. GDPR readiness. * Scalability: Serverless to scale, cloud native, Kubernetes+Docker* Analytics: Stream Analytics, Insights and BI.* Architecture: Microservices, Command-Query Separation, Milti-DB (RDBMS, NoSql, Search, Graph)* Delivery: Delivered as a Vue JS app, iOS and Android native app and desktop monitoring agent.
