Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) software on web server (C++, R, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript AJAX, PHP)• Designed two websites on Linux server with the functionality of user upload and feedback. • Built 4 software on summary-statistics-based joint analysis methods in multiple GWAS and multi-stage GWAS.• Maintenance of web pages and servers in the Lab.

Research on Ultrasound Image Analysis Method for Fast DiagnosisLaboratory for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology• Finished a research project from Hong Kong Innovation & Technology Fund "Hardware Implementation of Ultrasound-Based Tissue Deformation Analysis Methods for Fast Disease Diagnosis".• Implemented a FPGA version 15x faster than GPU version (Verilog, Xilinx Vertex 7).• Research on Medical Image Analysis (MATLAB).International Aerial Robotics Competition, 2015.
