Coach Delisa provides leadership and life enrichment training and coaching to individuals or to employees in nonprofits, small businesses, schools, and colleges who are experiencing self-doubt, insecurities, and relationship challenges to grow into emotionally confident individuals and build healthy relationships in all areas of their life. She uses her "Concept of Quiet" in her coaching and training to facilitate change.

Erik Seversen came up with the idea at the beginning of the pandemic to write 3 books collaborating with 33 experts from around the world. Each author wrote one chapter answering the question "What does having a successful mindset mean to you?". My contribution to the book, "The Successful Mind" is Chapter 7, : "In Quietness and Consciousness..." where I explain how quietness and humility are the virtues that create a successful mind and how anyone can begin to use these two abilities, regardless of their personality, to achieve whatever their vision of success looks like.

As a certified Ziglar Legacy trainer, I use many of the Ziglar training courses as an element of my coaching packages along with other training courses, coaching and team building resources.

My first book, "Find your Direction in your Quiet", was written and published to establish myself as an author and to share my experiences living with an unmanaged anxiety disorder. The experience turned into an incredible therapeutic process. After living with unmanaged anxiety for most of my life, I eventually stumbled upon using "Quiet" to discover inner strength and manage my anxiety disorder resulting in a personal transformation.Life turned from pain, guilt, chaos and drama to peace, joy and purpose. I proceeded to develop these "Quiet" concepts, as I witnessed client after client experience transformation using them. The concepts of "Quiet" works for anyone wanting to learn the "how" of personal development. Motivational trainers, including myself, give you the “what” and the “why” of their particular personal development programs. My concept of "Quiet" also gives you the “how”.
