The goal is to identify youth and families who are going through a difficult transition and offer a positive support system in the home and school system. RFM’s efforts rekindles youths’ commitment to their education, provide a meaningful and positive outlook on life, , develop moral and ethical values, and build positive self-esteem, and enrich parenting skills that will positively affect home dynamics. Coaching provides an accountability solution in a supportive environment to assist the individual with making decisions that will ultimately benefit the organization.
