Please do take a look at my full profile and drop a message.Thanks for stopping by,Coach PaulI am the Head Coach with The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Archery Federation, blessed to be working with a superb team of male and female high-performance athletes for a place in the Tokyo Olympic Games.I am proud to be the Coach who's put together the ladies' team that went on to achieve Bronze Medal at the Ladies Arabic Championships within 6 months of training.I have been an an Specialist Performance Coach at the Archery GB Training Centre in Blackburn and also appointed Head Coach for the Lancashire Archery Association Junior & Senior Squads.I worked with amazing athletes as Head Coach at Blackburn College, Nelson College and at the University of Central Lancashire.Additionally, I have plenty of experience as an Archery Development Manager establishing partnerships and talent-spotting at grass-root level. I am a Consultant Coach for various small archery clubs.In Brazil, I managed a pioneer project, introducing over 3k people to the sport of Archery. I delivered coaching, consultancy, lectures; I set up clubs, trained coaches and organised county-wide competitive events. As a Sports & Leisure Project Manager for my local UK council over 15 years, I led a hard-working team and together we raised sport attendance levels by over 400% in just 36 months.I was obliged to receive both a 'Commitment and Service Award' and a 'Loyalty Award' from my employer and was honoured to personally welcome HRH Duke of Cambridge to inaugurate my Project's adapted bikes.In the voluntary sector, I have been a National Senior Officer for The Brigade for 25 years.I am a father to three absolutely amazing human beings.
