I’m Petar Krastev, founder of Coach PK and a fitness coach who has built a career on resilience, transformation, and faith. My personal journey has shaped not only how I approach health and fitness, but also how I guide entrepreneurs and business leaders in reclaiming their well-being while excelling in their demanding lives.My path wasn’t always straightforward. Growing up, I was the skinny kid, often bullied and struggling with self-doubt. I tried fitness at 16, but like many, I experienced cycles of starting and stopping, unsure if real change was possible.Years later, when I hit rock bottom—living in a garage with no certainty about my future—I made a life-changing commitment to transform my body and my life. I spent years learning what it takes to build not only physical strength but also mental and emotional resilience.However, it wasn’t just fitness that transformed me—it was my faith. In 2019, I became a Newborn Christian, and my relationship with God has guided me ever since. Through faith, I found strength and purpose that continue to fuel my mission today: helping others experience true, lasting transformation.Since founding Coach PK in 2018, I’ve worked closely with entrepreneurs and business leaders who face the same challenges I once did—balancing their health with the pressures of high-level careers. I understand the difficulty firsthand, and that’s why my approach is personalized to fit seamlessly into their busy lives.
