I am a former champion Muay Thai fighter. Throughout my career I battled to win multiple titles, the pinnacle of which was achieving the European title.My passion is inspiring and enabling others to reach for the same heights through coaching.In an effort to deepen this knowledge, I have also studied coach education. My passion for coaching has found me undertake various roles including royal life guard, strength and conditioning coach at University College Cork, and even working at the highest level of modern martial arts, the UFC.I am a strong advocate for maintaining a cheerful attitude in the face of adversity. I believe that it is through physical and mental training that you can develop incredible resilience to take on any challenge life throws at you. It is a belief I live by.
