As a Trusted Advisor, I managed partners' monetization business, millions in revenue across multiple verticals, and deepened and developed the partner business strategy to expand Google's footprint. Before Google, I led media relationships, revenue, and planning with Advertising and marketing agencies.My commitment to Professional Development has been a cornerstone of my career. At Google, I served as a career coach and mentor for programs that support the advancement of Black and Latino Googlers. I also facilitated Team Development programs, aiming to improve team engagement and effectiveness. In 2020, I made a significant career shift to focus on my passion for Executive and Career Coaching. This led to the launch of my Coaching & Consulting business, where I am dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
