I am a 25-year advertising, strategy, and partnership expert with Silicon Valley organizations, including Google. I am a certified Executive and Career Coach, and Co-founder and Chief Coaching Officer at Cura, helping first-generation and early career talent launch and grow their career. During my corporate career, I managed Strategic Partnerships for Google's top U.S. publishing partners. As a Trusted Advisor, I managed partners' monetization business, millions in revenue across multiple verticals, and deepened and developed the partner business strategy to expand Google's footprint. Before Google, I led media relationships, revenue, and planning with Advertising and marketing agencies.My commitment to Professional Development has been a cornerstone of my career. At Google, I served as a career coach and mentor for programs that support the advancement of Black and Latino Googlers. I also facilitated Team Development programs, aiming to improve team engagement and effectiveness.  In 2020, I made a significant career shift to focus on my passion for Executive and Career Coaching. This led to the launch of my Coaching & Consulting business, where I am dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. I am proud to be a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, credentials that reflect my commitment to excellence in this field.As a first-generation college graduate, I understand how important it is to have meaningful early career support.
