I provide communication skills training in the corporate and business sectors. Working with leaders and emerging leaders I specialise in difficult conversations and presentation/speaking skill coaching.With a background in both the corporate sector and the performing arts I look at the performative side of communicating in the workplace. My coaching processes is a unique blend of "actor" and acting performance techniques, and corporate and performance psychology methodologies.The Difficult Conversation coaching includes working on using a role-play simulation to help you over come challenges you are having with a difficult conversation. I coach online and face to face.

Traversing the corporate and performing arts sectors I consult, facilitate and train people toward better use their soft skills.My design and delivery has been across a range of sectors including: education, finance, airlines, mining, creative industries, Utilities, NFP, banking and IT: working with: executives, middle management and emerging leaders; actors, gamers, midwives and trainers.Corporate clients include: Qantas, Westpac, BHPBilliton, NIDA Corporate, CSC, Commonwealth Bank, Microsoft, Uni of NSW and others.

Responsibility: to ensure the RTO compliance and create and maintain ACA's teaching and learning culture and ensure the training meets professional standards including:- Ensure RTO training and assessment compliance - Staff training and development: reviewing training practices- Design and deliver industry relevant training across all three years of the course- Dealing with conflict & WHS for staff and students- Managing the Reaccreditation and compliance audits- Writing course materials- Planning assessment tasks and tools- Project managing shows and pubic events- Change management initiatives: shifting premises, new compliance regulations, technological- Chairman of the industry review board

Responsible for the Full Time Acting Programme: planning, delivery and compliance of the acting program. Hiring of tutors. Teaching in the program. Assessment and Feedback to students. Developed the film component of the courseInnovated the content: including the style of training and performance to bring the training in line with industry expectations.

Was responsible for the design and implementation of multiple training programmes for multiple clients and organisations ranging from children's classes, youth, adult learning and corporate learning. We delivered outreach programmes, in-house workshops and "in the workplace" training.With thousands of clients, hundreds of workshops and dozens of trainers I was required to manage: client acquisition, contracting and briefing trainers, organisation and design of workshops, ensuring the implementation, feedback and improvement of these workshops.
