Corporate Coach Training LLC exists to make coach training more accessible by offering affordable coach training that produces coaches skilled in mixing the art and science of coaching.Corporate Sponsored Coaching often serves clients who are mid-level managers, experienced directors, and newly promoted executives. These clients wrestle with increased responsibility, the need for delegation, identity crises tied to how they provide value to their teams, building their professional brand, working toward their long term goals, and handling constant communication challenges. There is no map, no one right path or plan to success, for these clients. Our ICF accredited (Level 2) Corporate Sponsored Coach Training helps coaches prepare to coach these leaders.

I have served in a variety of contractual roles within BetterUp over the past few years. Using my experience in coaching, training coaches, and assessing coaches, I have helped BetterUp improve onboarding processes and build coach development programs.I helped redesign the onboarding experience for coaches, and I helped create the written and live assessments BetterUp uses to verify the quality of their coaches.I have been involved in multiple coach development programs that have provided continuing education to coaches helping them use their well developed coaching skills in conjunction with concepts from business and positive psychology.

Life Coaching produces growth. I deeply believe this after having walked with over 300 clients for more than 4500 hours. My work with the Coach Training EDU focused on promoting a model of life coaching, certified as an ACTP program by the International Coach Federation, that utilizes a guided "flipped-classroom" approach to the training process.

I serve my students as an Academic Life Coach helping them envision their educational outcomes, set life goals during and beyond their academic journey, and collaborate with my students to build their motivation to finish college while gaining deeper learning from their experience. I have seen many students earn their college degree; more importantly, I get to help my students prepare for life.Lumerit Education is focused on helping students from around the world achieve their passion and prepare for life, leadership, and a career all while earning their college degree.Our Lumerit Scholar program is addressing a comprehensive change in methodology for earning a bachelor’s degree. We have served over 10,000 students in all 50 states and in 22 countries. Lumerit Academic Advisors draw from hundreds of different credit sources to develop customized degree and course progression plans which take into account learning styles, goals, available time, costs, degree major and other important life situations. Through this college degree journey, all Lumerit Scholars are supported with an academic coach who has a personal vested interest in their success.
