  I am a Health Coach and I lost 35 lbs in 6 weeks.I call my business "A Healthy Body for Life." Last October 2008 I weighed 170 lbs, and I am only 5'2". According to the BMI chart, I was obese.I knew it was only a matter of time before I would be diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes if I did not get my weight under control.I signed up for this program under my Coach, Lee.After following the program of 5 meal replacements and 1 Lean/Green meal a day for 6 weeks I lost 35 lbs. You actually eat 6 meals a day in under 3 hour intervals. You do not get hungry. After 3 days the fat starts to burn off.I was skeptical and wanted to see if I would keep it off, so I decided to go on maintenance and see if the weight would stay off.To my surprise 6 months later, I had not gained back any weight.I then decided to lose 10 more pounds and went back on the program.Today over a year later, I am maintaining my weight at 125lbs, and I have to tell you I feel absolutely wonderful!I now wear a size 4 and you can too.Typically a man will lose 3-8lbs a week, and a woman will lose 2-5 lbs a week.
