Additionally, he serves as the Sport Management Program and Graduate Coordinator. Croft has been involved in intercollegiate athletics and higher education as an assistant basketball coach, head basketball coach, college administrator, and assistant professor. His career has included the opportunity to work on four levels of higher education, including NJCAA, NAIA, NCAA Division I, and NCAA Division II levels. Additionally, he has worked in the Big 12 Conference, PAC 10 Conference, and the Big Ten Conference.
