CHRISTINA DIXON brings contagious enthusiasm to whatever she does. As a family life educator and counselor, she helps singles, couples, and parents build, maintain, and restore healthy relationships through support groups, seminars, workshops, and keynotes at conferences, churches, rehabilitation centers, prisons, and community events. A graduate of Great Lakes Christian College, Christina is also a Certified Biblical Counselor through Christian Research and Development.As a publisher and writing coach, she has equipped writers to go from manuscript to marketplace since 2001. She released her first book entitled, How to Respect an Irresponsible Man in 2001 and is a co-author of the award-winning book, HELP! For Your Leadership (2003) both by PriorityONE Publications where she is Founder. She is a contributing writer in the Wisdom and Grace Devotional Bible for Young Women of Color (2002), by Nia Publishing, African American Church Leadership (2013) by Kregel Publishing, as well as an inspirational columnist for WOW! Women of the Word and Just 4 Us e-magazines. She has also served as Vice President of Author Development with the Metro Detroit Scribes for Christ. A licensed missionary of the United Christian Women’s Ministries (UCWM) of the Church of Christ (Holiness), USA, she served as District president for churches in Michigan and Ohio for eight years and currently as local church president at New Hope Progressive Church of Christ (Holiness) USA. Christina also serves as the newly elected Board Chair for the International Christian Education Association, a member of The Global Summit Group and is an Advisory Board Member to Readers Become Leaders Book Club. Past service to the Metro Detroit community includes Vice Chair on the Board of Directors of the Marriage Resource Center (2004-2016).Skilled at speaking to both secular and faith-based organizations; Christina has inspired people from all walks of life for over 30 years.
