At Team Building with Purpose, we blend Team Building and Corporate Volunteering in experiences which benefit all parties in terms of awareness, connections and tangible outcomes for charities and corporate teams. We also give 50% of our net profit (at least $500 + GST per session) to charities we work with as our way of giving back.

We are a consultancy specialising in People and Organisational Development with a focus on solving problems for growth.

My main role was as General Manager of Wentworth People, working with the MD to manage operations and finances in our Singapore and Sydney offices. Also worked as a trainer and coach, facilitating soft skills workshops for corporate groups in my specialist subjects.

My role here was to be the conduit between our clients, our sales team and our IT systems development team. This role included project management, client account management and sales.

In this role I recruited both temporary and permanent office staff for a variety of industries and contracts. This included client account management, recruitment, management of staff.

I taught General Practitioners how to use the medical software that enabled them to submit claims for payment from the local health authorities. This involved convincing doctors of the need to use a computer, liaising with Practice Managers, running training workshops, developing and testing new software, writing software manuals and providing help desk support to my clients.
