I was lucky to learn at an early age that what makes me happy professionally is helping players get better and finding ways to make coaches’ lives a little easier. My passion for coaching and for technology have afforded me amazing opportunities in both professions.The value I place on the relationships I have built at each stop along the way with my players, fellow coaches, coworkers, and clients are what fuel me on a daily basis. My passion to teach the game to players is surpassed only by my desire to help other coaches do the same by sharing information, discussing teaching methods, and helping make great resources available to them. I believe that we must teach that sports are about so much more than the game. That the relationships built and learning experiences are far more important than the wins and losses, and that games need to be about the kids on the court, not the adults on the sideline.Pure Sweat Basketball, Crystal Lake Central, the IBCA, the NHSBCA, and Basketball Worldwide have all provided me the with the audience, the tools, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the game of basketball.If it helps players, helps coaches, or helps the game, I am interested!
