Oversaw all programming and strategic brand development for three important brands in Hot 101.5 (top 40), 102.5 The Bone (talk), and 97X (alternative). Oversaw all aspects of the hiring and launch of a new morning show for Hot 101.5. Developed successful strategies to increase app downloads across each brand. Created Hot 101.5's first ticketed concert event, which sold out the State Theater in 30 minutes, as well as create highly profitable artist events with key nightlife accounts.

Led the launch of WODS (103.3 Amp Radio), taking on two 30 year heritage radio stations in Boston. Developed all brand strategy pertaining to ratings growth, web traffic, and social media growth. Oversaw the hiring and development of all air talent, worked with record labels and managed all music and programming decisions. Created an enormously successful free music festival at City Hall Plaza that drew 35,000 fans to see performances from the biggest names in pop music.Worked with sales people to develop platforms to increase revenue. In my last month on the job, the station achieved it's highest ratings share Women 18-34, moving into a top 3 position in a wildly competitive market.

Took KDND (107.9 The End) from worst to first in the ratings, dominating all key advertiser demographics. #1 ratings 6+. 18-34, 18-49, and 25-54. Oversaw all elements of the brand strategy, including social media (most followed radio station in the market), video content (regularly led the company in video views), and produced two yearly festival concerts that generated massive revenue. In 2013, I oversaw the launch of Star 106.5, a new adult contemporary format, that quickly jumped to the top of the market ratings. Produced and hosted nationally syndicated album release shows with major artists like Maroon 5 and Taylor Swift that ran across all of the company's top 40 and AC properties. Regular recipient of the President's award, as a top performing programmer for the company.
