I have been a Secondary Mathematics Educator with an emphasis on Gifted Education since 2000; however, in 2004, I took a seven year break in teaching to work in my family’s construction business while my children were young. During this time, I gained administration and leadership skills throughout the areas of Marketing, Human Resources, Contracts, and Training; I also earned LEED AP designation to assist our company in green-building initiatives. After feeling called back to teaching in 2011, I began combining my diverse skills to pursue additional streams of income to supplement my teaching salary. In conjunction with teaching full-time, I have found great success as an independent consultant for Rodan+Fields, but after navigating online and hybrid teaching during the Covid Pandemic, I now also desire to train and teach virtually on a variety of topics including, but not limited to: calculus, statistics, trigonometry, geometry, and algebra, as well as any business software systems on which a company is willing to train. I am very fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, and have proven to be a quick learner in company-specific business software. As a high school soccer coach, I am also quite comfortable leading teams and ensuring all stakeholders remain continuously informed.
