And when you think differently about something - you grow. My post-graduate academic background is in Sports Psychology – the psychology of performance enhancement. I am a certified Mental Game Coaching Professional and certified hypnotherapist.I have a passion for helping youth become more effective in sports, performance arts and life in general. I have won national recognition awards for excellence and a congressional award for service to youth.Though I do not have a Pulitzer Prize I have published books & ebooks. Subjects include excuse making and how to overcome them; getting the right mindset for your personal fitness program; and making goal setting work. I've also authored hundreds of articles for national & international print and electronic publications.I combine Human Performance Improvement strategies and techniques with performance psychology and successfully apply them to the work and school settings.
