Facilitate off-the-shelf and custom leadership development programs for Center for Creative Leadership clients.

Accountable for creating multi-year Leadership Development strategy and execution tactics for all levels of leaders within a turnaround organization, including the design and development of a global rotational leadership development program. I led collaboration efforts with global counterparts to design, develop, and embed new organizational values and leadership principles within the TRATON Group's companies - Scania (Sweden), MAN (Germany), VW Truck and Bus (Brazil), and Navistar (USA).

I have boomeranged back to the University of Notre Dame to partner with organizations, leaders, and innovation practitioners to view and solve problems in a new way...through divergent and convergent thinking and an agnostic innovation process. Always human-centered, designing and delivering relevant learning experiences to support participants in their journeys of establishing a culture of innovation at their organizations continue to be the driving force of the work I lead.

I co-developed and co-facilitated a 10 session graduate-level course focused on Leading of Self and Leading Others in service of conscious leadership.

I worked alongside a team who is tired of the status quo; whose mission is to come alongside organizations to tackle big hairy problems through new ways of thinking – through the eyes of the consumer…shifting mindsets to think boldly and create the right path to truly move the needle and make an impact.

Designed, developed, and deployed the Leadership Accelerator Program to engage,empower, and develop the next generation of leaders in Michigan’s Great Southwest. The intent of the program was to develop leaders who will effectively grow, sustain, and lead local organizations and ourcommunity into the future. Leading this program through the throws of COVID-19 provided a unique experience for every person involved, stretching each of us to lean into leading ourselves and others in a complex and ambiguous space.

I provided strategic and day-to-day support for change management, communication, and learning during a global, multi-year HR system and process transformation. My role was to ensure that resources in Latin America and Asia received the necessary change management, communication, and learning support to plan and execute system implementations at local and regional levels while adhering to the global standards established in 2016 as part of the first phase of the system implementation in North America.

I helped identify connections and define vital direction across global functions within a complex and matrixed structure through ongoing oversight of vendor management and planning for a $700K global project. I create indispensable energy and stability through the design of online business simulation impacting development of 5K+ people leaders. I maximize the operational efficiency of prominent, highly sophisticated projects as the Process Lead for learning management system implementation within a framework of multi-year HR system and process transformation.

During my time as Organizational Development and Early Career Program Manager I provided leadership and enhanced clarity of mission through oversight of strategy, recruitment, talent acquisition, and development of 60-plus undergrad new hires for U.S. Sales early-career intake program. I enhanced employee capability by developing and deploying competency-based self-assessment and reflection process for U.S. sales organization resulting in assessment of 400+ employees; supporting strategic direction of organization to raise knowledge, skills, and behaviors of sales organization to exceed the competition in marketplace.

Throughout my tenure as Organizational Development and Learning Manager I contributed to increased revenue through the development and implementation of a three-year technology strategy for global learning function. I consistently demonstrated leadership and communication skills by leading design, development, and deployment for global corporate university portal.
