I have been working as an Accredited Executive and Career Coach for over 15 years. Prior to this I spent over 12 years in Business Development/Leadership Development at Clifford Chance and CMS. I coach partners, associates and business professionals, many of whom are managing career and life transitions. I use my coaching expertise combined with an understanding of business development to enable high performers to successfully perform in a partnership environment, and to do so purposefully. Through my work with over 400 individuals from City professional services organisations, in the UK and internationally, I see the importance of supporting professionals at key transitional points to help them progress positively through change. I often support clients to build a practice, step up to prepare for partnership/counsel promotion, build their leadership identity, develop confidence playing to their strengths - often whilst transitioning to parenthood. I also works with leaders who are exploring how to transition after partnership into their next chapter. Through my own experiences and working with so many clients in their own transitions, I aim to bring a level of empathy and pragmatism to my coaching. I really enjoy building a trusted, collaborative space with my clients with a clear focus on their outcomes. Clients describe me as positive, inquiring and insightful. Typically employed by an organisation to support their individuals as part of an Executive Coaching programme, I get the best from people I work with by balancing an individual’s goals with those of the organisation. This is supported using a blend of MBTI, Strengths Profile, 360 feedback and other tools as appropriate.
