As Chair of the Measuring Excellence in Executive Coaching in Organizations (MEECO) Designation my responsibilities include: overseeing the team developing the application process for organizations applying for the Designation; overseeing the selection, recruitment, and judging of the panel of independent judges for the Designation; and, the interface with ACEC Liaisons who work with the organizations during the application process.

Frank joined Keilty, Goldsmith & Boone as the 5th partner in 1981. Along with Marshall Goldsmith he designed the highly successful Excellent Manager Program for the IBM Corporation. Subsequently, it became the flagship leadership development offering for the firm and served the needs of many Fortune 500 Companies.
