Serve as the Executive Director for the Sawtooth Society. Our mission is protecting, preserving and enhancing the Sawtooth National Recreation Area (SNRA) in Idaho. The 756,000 acres of the SNRA includes incredible mountain landscapes, local rustic charm, 900 miles of trails, three major rivers, hundreds of alpine lakes, 50 snow-capped peaks above 10,000'. Provide Leadership Coaching and Instruction to Executives enrolled in the virtual Aspiring Leaders Program (vALP) for Veteran's Affairs. Serve over 100 Executives with a 6 month leadership curriculum including weekly group coaching conversations.

• Responsible for oversight of all Keystone Science School (KSS) residential education programs at two campuses for three years. Managerial experience included marketing, logistics, accommodations, food services, curriculum development, staffing, and risk management for over 70 different schools annually representing 500 students. • Manage staff of 14 employees including marketing, operations, and education personnel and implement three weeks of annual professional development for outdoor educators for three years at Keystone Science School.* Design and Implement The Leadership Forum, an international training program of The Keystone Center designed for senior-level corporate leaders studying sustainability through hands-on field experiences. • Develop a partnership with the US Fish and Wildlife Service utilizing Keystone Science School as a leader to create Earth Stewards educational programs on wildlife refuges across the country.
