My coaching leverages adult (vertical and horizontal) development and neuroscience research to help leaders gain clarity, counter their own resistance, and move forward better than before. My cumulative thirty-plus years of human resources, organizational development, emergency services, systems analysis, coaching experience parlays into a unique and rich multi-faceted perspective of organizational life and the human experience. As a result, I am able to help leaders with complex human dynamics and tough organizational and workforce dilemmas under less-than-ideal circumstances. I build trusting relationships with a wide-range of people, calmly and confidently assess sensitive situations, use a systems approach to diagnosis the problem or gap, and co-create practical, innovative solutions with senior leaders.How I got here: I navigated major changes (some disappointing) in my life and career and emerged resilient, whole, strong, and adept. I leveraged four organizational closures and merges into professional changes that opened new learning and catapulted my fulfillment at work and in life. This practiced adaptive pattern helped me during the most traumatic event in my life, the loss of my son in 2015.
