Let's jump to the part where I discovered my true calling in life: health and fitness. It was like a light bulb went off in my head, and I realized that motivating and inspiring others to become the best versions of themselves was what I was meant to do. So, in 2005, I became a fitness instructor, ready to make a difference.I didn't stop there, though. In 2009, I took it a step further and qualified as a Personal Trainer. I wanted to deepen my knowledge and expertise, so I could provide the best guidance possible to my clients. It was a game-changer for me.In 2010, I took a leap of faith and left my position as a PT trainer at a local Leisure Centre. I knew it was time to be my own boss and run my own business. That's when I launched my own brand and company called Exceed Personal Training. It was a thrilling and challenging experience, but I was ready to take control and make a lasting impact.However, as time went on, I found myself trading too much time for money, and it left me feeling exhausted and burnt out. I knew I had to find a way to grow and develop my business without sacrificing my well-being. It was a tough period, but sometimes, hitting that breaking point pushes you to explore new horizons.Around 2021, when the lockdown hit, I had to adapt my approach due to the inability to train clients face to face. So, I launched my first online coaching program called "Drop a dress size" for women. It was a resounding success! I had the privilege of coaching and supporting lots of incredible women who achieved amazing results, dropping multiple dress sizes and transforming their livesSo, that's my journey so far!
