Child abuse from a dysfunctional family curtailed my freedom of expression, my creativity and lowered my self esteem. A controlling, restrictive Mom kept me isolated, fearful, anxious, depressed, angry and in post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Once I made the decision that “I wasn’t going to take this crap anymore,” I found the determination and self help tools to heal my body and mental beliefs.Healing these issues gave me courage, self esteem, empathy, psychic ability and allowed me to explore intuitive wisdom. Now I could shift my self image, release my creativity and emotional intelligence, free my self expression and set boundaries with others. This journey opened my connection to the wisdom of my Inner Self. Now I help PTSD and Highly Sensitive people and others who feel “stuck” to break reactive relationship patterns, shift their mindset, clear their painful past and woundedness, heal family traumas, find inner peace and personal deep wisdom through sensory experiences. Then they can integrate thoughts, feelings, body sensations, spiritual wisdom with the Inner Child wisdom to become a more authentic, fulfilled human.Your Inner Game skills which involve controlling and managing your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, mindset, talents and spirit connections are necessary for your success.
