Whether you move to another country, change career, or if you go through a personal life changing experience, as a Transitional Coach I can help you navigate your life before, during and after the changes you are going through. Change is an event that happens to us. Transition is the process that happens within us in response to the change. The way we manage the transition is more important than the specific change itself.Living in California and in The Netherlands, and extensive traveling through Europe, Central America, Asia, and New Zealand gave me the experience of changing perspectives and broaden my horizon.I strongly believe in positive coaching, focussing on strengths, finding and using your inner sources. By supporting you in seeing your opportunities, understanding how to use your personal qualities and taking ownership for who you are, what you do and the impact you are having on others. How I coachI am an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified ACC coach. I work to their code of ethics. The client and I start a partnership to discover the goals and inner drives and the best way to reach these personal goals. This is more than an intellectual relationship, and demands for a heart to heart connection. My way of coaching is honest, supportive, empathetic, dynamic, activating, intuitive, inspiring and positive. The meetings can be coaching or training either on the phone/by Skype or face-to-face, in English or Dutch.The logo and name of my coaching company is KORU. KORU is Māori for the spiral shape of an unfolding silver fern frond. This symbolizes new life, growth, strength and peace. It stands for coaching you through changes in an energetic way.
