My professional objective is to grow, accompanying people and organizations in the growthI love discovering the diversity of people and cultures (always learning) so traveling is one of my passions.Degree in Political Sciences (International plus Social&labor) from Universidad Complutense of Madrid. Master ACTP training accredited by ICF in Integral Coaching. Professional Certified Coach (PCC - ICF). Master in systemic coaching for teams. Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming with Instituto del Potencial Humano (certified by AEPNL) and Mindfulness specialist. Neuro Coach (our brain works through chemical reactions, which define our behavior, emotions and thoughts). Trainner/Facilitator (I do not teach, I facilitate learning) using accelerated learning techniques.I have been working for more than 25 years in improving the effectiveness of people and organizations, through in-company management, training, workshops and coaching processes.
