I am the founder of Coaching Shore and Peak Experience UK.I am a Performance Coach, Personal Trainer, Online Coach, Mentor, Educator and Mountain Leader.I have been coaching people from all walks of life for over 20 years.As a lifelong competitive athlete I have competed to high levels in Swimming, Cycle Road Racing, Mountain Biking, Powerlifting, Running, Strongman and Special Forces based Extreme Endurance races.My style has been developed through experience in these disciplines and in crossing the boundaries that lie between them. I have studied physicality, movement, the art of training and understanding the link between mind processes and the body extensively through education and life experience.It is this interest and knowledge that underpins my approach to health, fitness and performance.I have been running my business from Eastbourne and London for 16 years have worked with Elite Level Athletes, Recreational Fitness Enthusiasts, Coaches and those with a desire to move away from feelings of personal dissatisfaction, pain and weakness. I have a passion for sharing my experiences with other coaches and trainers. My career has seen me act as consultant and lead coach within numerous training providers and I continue to provide coach education and to help others develop their coach skill set through my workshops, online webinars and online courses.As a mountain leader I facilitate others to enjoy experiences and adventures in the great outdoors and mountain environments through my second business, Peak Experience UK. In Mountaineering I have ascended most of the significant mountains in the UK.Internationally I have completed the Tour de Mont Blanc, Climbed Mount Toubkal in Morocco and successfully summited Aconcagua in the South American Andes, the highest mountain outside of the Himalayas at 6962m altitude.My approach to coaching is holistic, intuitive and based on connection and communication with my clients. My ability to deliver the right training and support, at the right time is the essence of what helps my clients to enjoy the levels of success they do while exceeding personal expectation
