• Camp Director – Led and coordinated communication/technology between Emcee, band, speakers, and production team in order to produce 80 live sessions for over 15,000 students.• Collaborated on creative ideas for camps, videos, staging, and environments.• Liaison between BigStuf and both youth leaders and hotel staff.• Intern Director - Recruited, led, developed, and mentored 16 college interns and 2 intern leaders.• Cast the vision of Love, Serve, and Lead to interns who then carried out these values to middle/high school students during camp. Coordinated intern camp schedules, directed their spiritual development, & encouraged them.

Life Lessons Over Lunch is a marketplace initiative where participants meet on a regular basis to view a DVD over lunch. The DVDs offer Biblically based principles that help define professional and personal challenges everyone faces. Practical insights are provided for participants to consider and apply. These groups are employee driven, non denominational, and completely voluntary.
