In February 2022, I launched my coaching practice full-time, driven by an experience that was both the most challenging and the most transformative of my career. After decades of building skills, credibility, and expertise, I found myself in a toxic work environment with a challenging boss whose behavior included relentless gaslighting. The impact was profound, filling me with self-doubt and leading to burnout—yet it ultimately pushed me to pursue my passion and purpose for coaching full-time. For that, I’m incredibly grateful.Today, as a certified Career Development & Mental Fitness Coach (PCC/CPQC), I guide entrepreneurs and leaders, particularly women, to reach their career goals with confidence, overcoming self-doubt, and steering clear of burnout. My career began in behavioral and mental health, working with youth in residential programs. This early work taught me resilience and empathy, which I later brought into human resources, focusing on recruitment, training, employee relations, and supporting workplace well-being.In 2013, I started my coaching practice and continued my journey as an “intrapreneur” in corporate settings.
