As an Executive Community Coach at Getting Out by Going In (GOGI), I empower incarcerated individuals to make positive choices and transform their lives. I have been working with GOGI since 2015, and I have developed skills in communication, leadership, and facilitation. I am also pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences at Coastline College, which has enhanced my understanding of human behavior and social issues. My education and work experience align with my passion for helping others and promoting social justice. My core competencies include working effectively with diverse populations, organizing and managing projects, and adapting to changing environments. I am motivated by GOGI's mission to create a culture of healing and hope within prisons and communities. My goal is to continue to learn and grow as a coach, educator, and advocate.
