While I just completed an 8 week course coaching a small group of women business owners, I have come to the conclusion that people just don't listen very well anymore. Proving how invaluable my training has been. I'm glad I still know how!My mediation work has handled disputes within families, relationships and for employer/ employee relations. I am constantly relying on the experiences I have had and the insight gained from being a business owner for more than 20 years; I feel there are a number of ways I can contribute to the understanding, overcoming and inspiring of others... therefore;I COACH!
