I am a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Road University) specializing in coaching leaders, growing companies, corporate performance training and high impact inspirational keynote presentations.I have owned and operated Champion Performance Systems since 1998. My passion is to ride shotgun with amazing high performers as they (you?) breakthrough to new levels of performance both personally as well as professionally.As a Certified Coach with Scaling Up International, I assist leaders and their teams to create, implement, embed and successfully execute a "One Page Strategic Plan" (OPSP) for their organizations. ALL of these companies create sustainable growth, however they define it, often beyond even their own expectations.I was involved with TEC Canada (The Executive Committee - September 2008 to October 2013) as a Chair of three groups - a CEO/President group, a Key Executive Group (VP's) as well as a TEC Round Table for small business entrepreneurs.
