Cybersafe represented the final 3 years of Ingrid’s full time high-tech experiences. She was part of the leadership team that orchestrated a smooth people and business transition when SAGUS was acquired by Cybersafe. Ingrid received the U.S. CyberSafe CEO’s appreciation for her U.S./Canadian benefits analysis that enabled leadership decisions to be made, including retaining Canadian benefits suppliers. With a passion for respectful employer-employee relationship, Ingrid helped navigate the employee management issues during the downturn and eventual closing of the Canadian offices. Employees wanted to be a part of the closure, sale of assets and were loyal to the end. The management team implemented reverse career transition strategies to assist employees. Ingrid was a key contributor in coaching employees on career management, performance, stress and life circumstances
