Coach Lain is a traveling performance coach specializing in tumbling technique, confidence-building coaching strategies, and helping athletes to understand and OUTPERFORM their performance-related fears. A coach of over 15 years, Coach Lain has an extensive background in helping athletes at the scholastic, collegiate, and all-star levels.Coach Lain's mission is to help athletes achieve their tumbling goals by instilling within them a sense of confidence and self-achievement, through a special blend of positive reinforcement, technique drilling, and an understanding of the psychology of tumbling. He breaks each skill down into micro-skills that, when mastered in sequence, allow an athlete to perform confidently and accurately.
