• Provide group lessons for the Skate Canada Learn-to-skate program.• Evaluate skaters.• Communicate with parents of skaters.• Provide group and private lessons for figure skaters in Skate Canada's Figure Skating program.• Evaluate figure skaters and prepare them for judged test days.• Communicate with parents of figure skaters.• Lead and train volunteers.• Prepare lesson plans.

• Cut and edge lawns.• Weed gardens.• Trim shrubs and trees.• Shovel snow from driveways, walkways, and porches.• Clean house gutters.

• Administer gift card sales at Guest Services which includes reconciliation of daily sales reports and inventory levels to increase revenues and ensure and accurately record transactions for accounting.• Deliver guest services programs daily to shoppers which includes gift card sales, complimentary strollers/wheelchairs/walkers, lost and found, retail and community information as well as promotion of mall events.• Receive and direct all incoming calls and inquiries via telephone, two-way radio, or visitors by answering questions or forwarding to the appropriate station to ensure inquiries are answered promptly and a high level of customer service is maintained.• Work with KIPSU text concierge program; respond to guest's inquiries according to program guidelines.• Develop and cultivate relationships with the community and shopping centre to be well versed in community activities, mall events and programs.• Maintain ongoing interactions with shopping centre customers and act as liaison between customers, security, maintenance, marketing, and all shopping centre departments at the administrative level.• Assist the Marketing Department with the execution of marketing programs as required.• Train new staff members.• Assist security and life safety by covering dispatch office during emergency situations and meetings, continuing their day-to-day tasks, phone calls, complaints, dispatching officers and departments, etc.
