Doing work that was not satisfying and starting businesses that did not work out. I was quite lost until age 27 where I then found my passion in adult training. There was no looking back and I had been a trainer since then.In my experience of having conducted numerous training and attended numerous courses, a vacuum was created as people were left to "fend" for themselves to understand and apply what they had learnt.Having a coach closes this gap. I am a coach with a calm presence, a truth-teller, achiever without taking credit, optimistic and dependable. I'm able to identify the best approach for people and maximizing it to reach their goals. I specialize in using visualization and physiological techniques to help one gains deeper awareness and work on what is truly important. I have more than 7 years of experience in coaching. Working with people from different stages of life, from junior executives to senior managers, across different functions such as Sales, IT, Finance, HR, Project Management, Social Services, etc. Equipped with a BA in Psychology with Business, ACC ICF credential, Master NLP Practitioner and Master Character Mentor Coach Certification, I started on my journey.
