I’m a certified Sexual Health and Wellness Educator and Coach specializing in women's sexual health, relationships, mindfulness and meditation. Since 2012, I have been educating and coaching women and couples on how to create more fulfilling sexual relationships with themselves and their partners. In 2018, I became a fully certified life, relationship, mindfulness, and meditation coach. These certifications, in addition to my sexual health education background, allows me to provide my clients with a safe, comfortable, judgement free space to discuss their concerns, work through their road blocks, and gain access to the information they need.
