• Support and organize site selection activities including land and building acquisitions, leasing, site location and selection, and the disposition of underperforming stores through detailed review of performance trends. • Manage the database of current and future Raymour & Flanigan store locations with GIS and demographic data.• Plan and attend Real Estate site selection trips to identify new locations.• Work with stake holders on preparing necessary reports and presentations to clearly analyze relevant data and recent trends related to store performance.• Manage the relationships with third party analytic firms such as Maptitude, Bi-Spatial, and CoStar.• Research, analyze and make recommendations concerning prospective tenants for owned shopping centers based on credit/financing impact, tenant mix, and return on investment.• Canvass, cold call, and qualify prospective national and regional area tenants. Develop and follow through on traditional and nontraditional leasing strategies for owned properties to attract perspective tenants.• Collect financial information, and perform due diligence on prospective tenants and present to senior leadership. • Serve as the liaison between the internal construction team and tenants regarding new buildouts. • Collaborate with property management to ensure that tenants’ requests are handled properly.• Oversee creation and updating of all marketing materials (brochures, flyers, tours, maps, property photos, etc) related to new and existing opportunities through coordination with vendors and internal marketing department.
