I offer a unique background, having worked as a preK-5 educator for 15 years, including contract work with youth and families. Growing up an athlete, I spent a great deal of my personal time learning about nutrition and exercise in an effort to strengthen my own wellness. And it led me to pursue my health science degree and personal trainer certification, eventually starting my own health and fitness company in 2013.
