During my executive career, I have delivered performance consulting and transformational organizational change that gives today’s most forward-thinking executives and their team’s unique ways in generating high-performing cultures producing change and results never imagined before.You’ll find that I am an author, speaker, executive coach, facilitator, leadership and organizational design and development consultant, and culture engagement expert who’s committed to inspiring teams to operate purposefully and to transform the world. An energetic and charismatic speaker, I have been a keynote speaker nationally on the topics of transformation, engagement, inclusion and leadership.My objective is designed to align leadership teams, inspire people to connect to something larger than themselves and to create highly inspired environments where teams are deeply engaged in a culture of collaboration, accountability, learning and recognition.Throughout my career, including my current role, I have facilitated organizational initiatives such as organizational design, large scale change, process and performance improvement, team effectiveness, leadership assessment design, employee engagement strategies, 360 Assessments and individual executive coaching that enhances performance, productivity, quality, and employee engagement levels. My experience includes developing clear process maps for multiple key initiatives, including Employee Engagement Surveys. Currently serve as internal consultant for projects with internal clients on team effectiveness, gaining clarity and alignment around roles and responsibilities, impacting customer experience, quality and safety strategies while building a culture of Respect, Inclusion and Belonging. I’ve been part of the Senior Leadership Task Force team that rolled out a Culture of Respect initiative which included an enterprise wide Respect Train-the-Train Ambassador program.
