My staff and I create and implement high quality coaching programme, to maximise participation and performance of our athletes raging from 4 to 12 yrs old. • My staff and I undertake the necessary planning for each activity session to ensure the programme demonstrates progression throughout, linked to the principles of Long-term Athlete Development (LTAD)Speaking of LTAD, part of our program is to spend 15 minutes teaching LIFE LESSONS SKILLS using theories and actual basketball / soccer activities each week. One of our long term goal is to develop our athletes / coaches physical and psychological fitness and to provide the best possible practical conditions in order to maximise their performance on and off the court.• We coordinate the delivery of an innovative recreational programme to attract new participants of all levels and create pathways for continued participation• We implement appropriate Health and Safety policies and procedures in line with Ontario and the relevant National Governing Body policies• We adhere to the Ontario Code of Ontario Code of Ethics and Conduct for Sports Coaches and also the relevant National Governing Body Code of Conduct• We continually monitor and evaluate all sessions, activities and programmes and provide all athletes with concise progress Report. * Plan and deliver required staff training component.* Pro-active identify and solve problems and areas of concern for staff, campers and volunteers.* Greet and welcome all campers, staff and volunteer each day.* Remain visible and accessible to staff and campers.* Contribute to daily staff meetings re: Leadership, Camper concerns, Volunteer-Support.* Meet Daily with all Directors to discuss and evaluate the success of camping programs.* Report all accident/incidents and program concerns to the ALC.* Maintain high level of staff morale and conduct by providing mentorship and support to staff and volunteers.* Ensure staff and peers adhere to and support all camp policies and procedures as detailed in the staff manual.* Consult with parents when required.* Deliver mid term and final staff evaluations.

* Design, Deliver and evaluate camp programs that meets the needs and interests of the camps target populations and ensure their delivery in a safe and quality manner.* Develop and implement crisis and risk management procedure.* Develop and monitor budget for camp operation.* Work Collaboratively with the camp coordinator to ensure the enhancement of the camp operation. *Actively paticipate in staff training, meetings and workshops to effectively execute the policies and procedures of the camp.* Write and deliver staff evaluations.
