An Amarillo-based racing event that aims to serve raise Depression Awareness & Suicide Prevention. Funds raised go to support area organizations that support mental health and those coping with Depression, Suicide, and its survivors. As a 2nd year director, I manage all aspects of the event: marketing, branding, and public relations; community outreach, partnerships, and beneficiaries; recruitment and registration; fundraising; budget; logistics and pre-race/race day events; volunteers and safety; vendors; timing; purchasing; and communications. Our young organization has supported high school awareness programs, PTSD programs for veterans, and local support organizations.Growth from my first year as director to my second year was just over 40%. We successfully expanded our brand in the states of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado and will maintain a presence in those areas. Fundraising also increased several fold and community engagement, both corporate and private, is at an all time high.

Your child(ren) will learn about movement and activity, nutrition and diet, and motivation and performance through our involved, hands-on approach to overall fitness and health. Fit Me, Fit Family AFTER SCHOOL is an 8-13 session Fitness Leadership Experience for elementary-aged students. It is designed to help children build Self-Esteem, learn Responsibility, Accountability and to Appreciate Movement and Exercise.
