Director Of Facilitation
CurrentLead the vision, strategy, and execution of our LifeLabs Learning's world class facilitation team to deliver high-impact, live learning experiences for leadership development and coaching for managers, individual contributors, and teams. I lead and oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a diverse team of managers and full time and part-time facilitators. I train and teach leaders around the globe, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. I oversee our team's work in building scalable systems and feedback loops to improve learner outcomes and client satisfaction while fostering collaboration across product and client-facing teams. My role is to align executive direction, drive team performance, operational efficiency, and a culture of continuous learning and development.
