Practicing research-based teaching-coaching strategies to build successful teams and student-athletes.

Provide live basketball game analysis for Cleveland State University, and other Ohio and regional Universities in the Mid-American Conference and Horizon League, as well as for the Ohio High School Association Tournament Finals, Regionals, and regular season contests.

Inspiring pre-service teacher candidates to teach and reach the next generation of children, while also coordinating the clinical rotation, placement, and supervision of professors and student-teaching interns and apprentices into schools throughout Greater Cleveland.

Special Projects have included PBIS Chair of two middle schools, District Representative for Special Education Concerns, District Security Advisor, District Codebook Committee Chair, District Staff Development Coordinator/Facilitator, Board Presenter, and floating Assistant Principal between Willoughby Middle and Eastlake Middle Schools. Facilitated licensed staff instruction in the use of evidence-based instructional strategies, literacy strategies, cross-curricular instruction, ALICE safety training, student engagement, and PBIS. PBIS Interventions and Codebook revisions have demonstrably reduced disciplinary infractions at both middle schools, and improved building climates/cultures.

Coordinated "Team Wick" Student Engagement Program, managed all disciplinary matters and represented district for all 9-12 special education concerns. Also implemented first Olweus Anti-Bullying for any high school in Lake County. Evaluated teacher and support staff performance. Developed and managed schoolwide positive behavior support system. Assisted Athletic Director with parental concerns.
