- Provided one-on-one health coaching and personal training to over 100 individuals- Designed and facilitated 30 minute lunch time boot camp class for corporate professionals in the Sherman area- Featured on local TV station KXII Sherman-Denison twice a month to discuss nutrition & demonstrate healthy cooking- Instructed group fitness classes including Zumba, Kickboxing and TNT; had highest class attendance rate at gym

- Initiated holistic wellness education program through monthly newsletters and lunch & learns to increase employee participation in our corporate wellness initiative; participation rose from 79% to over 90% - Developed and implemented corporate steps challenged called “Route 66” where participant teams walked, jog, or ran the equivalent distance of Route 66; 55 individuals accumulated over 20,000 miles in steps over the span of 12 weeks- Created onsite fitness program and instructed multiple classes including Zumba, kickboxing, yoga and boot camp- Collaborated with local health and wellness providers to coordinate the Annual Health Fair for employees; increased employee membership and engagement with local fitness centers, massage parlors and nutritionists- Manage employee and spouse database for annual wellness requirement documentation for payroll deductions

- Created and implemented the company’s first wellness program: a 12 week sustainable weight loss competition called “Biggest Loser” in which 40 people collectively lost over 100 pounds- Led & trained 15 customer service reps on effective and efficient call handling techniques; 4 were promoted to leadership roles

- Delivered corporate training to employees to equip them with techniques to improve their mental health and overall wellness through “Life is Good” and F.I.S.H. curriculums- Created 8 week team based weight loss challenge; winning male and female participants lost 25 and 17 pounds respectively. Over 25 employees lost at least 5 pounds during the challenge- Planned and organized corporate events to recognize employees and teams for superior performance and build morale
