CurrentWe teach, coach and mentor serious student-athletes -- principally baseball and softball players and pitchers -- on the processes of creating peak performance in their sport, in the classroom, personally and professionally through their lifetimes. Our emphasis is the elevation of habits, attitudes, standards and beliefs that lead to process excellence, peak performance, service and leadership in school, athletics and real life.Founded in 1991 as The Wilkinson Academy, with the same principles as we hold today, I set out to work with players I believed had talent and heart to play in college. Athletes we have worked with:Members of teams who have won National Championships in baseball at Rice, Pepperdine, Lewis-Clark State, and George Fox and in softball at Washington and UCLA.College World Series participants, in addition to the schools above, in baseball at Texas, Texas Tech, Florida Southern, Trinity, Linfield; in softball at De Paul.High School State Champs in baseball, softball, football & golf.College All-Americans in baseball, softball and golf.Major and Minor League Baseball players, Baseball USA National Team members, Softball USA National Team members.19 winning pitchers in State, Regional and National Championship Finals.NCAA record setters: single season D1 ERA; single season softball D2 homers.Conference record setters: Pac-10 career hits; Pac-10 ERA.State High School pitching records: career wins; career winning percentage. Post elbow/shoulder injury pitcher throwing rehab.Since the Academy's founding, over 90% of our high school students have played in college. Two-thirds of those have played at least 3 years in college -- well beyond the national average. Some have played Major League Baseball, been high school State Champions, Players of the Year, and college All-Americans. Nearly all have earned at least one college degree, and virtually all have served their communities, often as volunteers or coaching professionals.
