We teach, coach and mentor serious student-athletes -- principally baseball and softball players and pitchers -- on the processes of creating peak performance in their sport, in the classroom, personally and professionally through their lifetimes. Our emphasis is the elevation of habits, attitudes, standards and beliefs that lead to process excellence, peak performance, service and leadership in school, athletics and real life.Founded in 1991 as The Wilkinson Academy, with the same principles as we hold today, I set out to work with players I believed had talent and heart to play in college.
